"The Horse Medicine Women"

Magical, fulfilling, empowering, enriching, profound and connecting. For 7 days I was immersed in the wisdom of the horses. Under the inspired guidance of Kendres and caring attention of Sonja. Together with 5 other participants we were allowed to embark on this intense & special journey together. And what a journey it was. Full of humor, instructive theory alternated with profound sessions with the horses, beautiful rituals and delicious food. And all this took place with divine sunshine in a beautiful place. Working with the systemic field, from shamanic principles supported with the infinite wisdom and love of the horses. In 1 week so much has happened that one can hardly recount it all. So many new insights, learning to look differently at the systemic field and life in its totality. Being able to really feel my potential, rediscover my strength and strengthen the connection with everything in existence, and a deepening of my mission. I also found working from affirmations instead of focusing on "the story" super valuable. For myself and also to apply in sessions. A new passion is born! This certainly tastes like more. I am very grateful for this experience, the co-participants, Sonja and Kendres, the practice coaches for their confidence and of course the beautiful horses.

Coming back to myself, just through connection with others, nature, and horses. Sonja and Kendres guided me with care and freedom, creating so much space to truly be together — where so much became possible so effortlessly. The horses supported me enormously throughout the process.

I walk determinedly up the mountain; the path, my soul journey in Brazil has begun. Like a silent sentinel, a smiling rock greets me encouragingly; be welcome. The atmosphere and energy lighten with each step. At the top on the mountain, I cross a rippling stream of water. At the little wooden bridge I pause for a moment and before my eyes a paradisiacal sight unfolds. As I walk across the bridge it feels as if I am passing through a gateway. I enter another dimension with a high energy and vibration. Everything here feels lighter, fresher and more alive.

During the Soul Journey and my stay at Villa Monte, my life has deepening with each day. Everything emerges and is strengthened in love. My essence unfolds with every step I take. In the here and now, time blurs as questions dissolve. This is my core, this is my soul mission, this is my potential, this is who I am....

After 14 days I am finally finding more and more peace to let the experiences I had in Uruguay sink in. Im starting to notice that a different kind of movement has developed in me. A sense of connection, (with nature, people, animals, and different dimensions) inner strength and trust, which has settled as a Trininty into my inner self. Here in the Netherlands this development has already put me to the test to stay in trust and to indicate my boundaries clearly.

Also I am now more in touch with my guides...I want to thank my earthly guides Sonja Braafhart and Kendres De Vlaeminck very much for the feeling of equality, love, kindness, wisdom and openness in their unique way of guiding...which I thoroughly enjoyed. This trip has left an immense impression. And is already proving invaluable.... And then the place in Uruguay, my goodness! how Ihave fallien in love with it. They will definitely see me there again.
